Return and Exchange Policy

At PIEMAN, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free return and refund process under the following conditions:

1. Eligibility for Returns

Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.
Customized, clearance, or final sale products are not eligible for return.

2. Return Process

Visit our Contact Us Page and submit a return request.
Our team will verify your request and share the return instructions.
Ship the product back to our warehouse using your preferred courier service or request a pickup (charges may apply).

3. Refund Process

Once the returned product passes our quality check, refunds will be initiated within 5-7 business days.
Refunds will be credited to your original payment method (UPI, Card, Netbanking).
For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or wallet credit.

4. Exchange Option

If you prefer, you can choose a product exchange instead of a refund. Size exchanges are free for the first request.

5. Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, contact us immediately, and we will arrange a free replacement or full refund.

6. Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.
